Principal’s Message
Hello Friends,
What a great two weeks we have had.
NAPLAN - Congratulations to all of our Year 3 and 5 students who did a wonderful job completing the recent NAPLAN test. We are very proud of you.
School Bytes - We are converting everything to school bytes. So please be aware that there will be some changes. Information will be coming.
Colour Explosion Fundraising - Thank you all so much for getting behind this. We are doing so well in the fundraising department. On Thursday whilst we are having our Easter picnic all students who have raised over $200 will get two water bombs to throw at Miss Boorer while she is sitting down 2m in front of them.
Easter Hat Parade - Will be on Thursday 28th March, we will have our hot cross bun picnic and then our Easter Hat Parade. Hopefully the weather is warm and we can have this out on the field.
Adam Carney - Eleva8 - Notes are going home in regards to this wonderful opportunity. We would appreciate it if as many people as possible could attend these workshops.
Sun safe - Our sun safe no hat no play kicks off on March 25th. Please make sure your child has some form of hat so that they are able to enjoy their lunch and recess.
We hope that you have a wonderful Easter and we will see you back here on Tuesday 2nd April.

ATTENDANCE
is our attendance goal!
Education for your child is important and regular attendance at school is essential for your child to achieve their educational best and increase their career and life options. NSW public schools work in partnership with parents to encourage and support regular attendance of children and young people. When your child attends school every day, learning becomes easier and your child will build and maintain friendships with other children.
Education in New South Wales is compulsory for all children between the ages of six years and below the minimum school leaving age of 17 years. The Education Act 1990 requires that parents ensure their children of compulsory school age are enrolled at, and regularly attend school, or, are registered with the NSW Education and Standards Authority for home schooling.
Once enrolled, children are required to attend school each day it is open for students.
